METHOD FOR PREPARING MEDIUM FOR MICROBIAL CULTURE USING COFFEE GROUND AND PRODUCING METHOD FOR L(+) LACTIC ACID USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A medium for culturing microorganisms prepared using coffee dregs is provided to save costs and to have economic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a medium for culturing microorganisms using coffee dregs comprises the steps of: freeze-drying the coffee dregs and preparing powder; adding an alkaline curing agent to the powder and heating the mixture at 100-120°C for 30-90 minutes; removing caffeine from the powder and drying the powder; adding glycolytic enzyme to the powder and culturing to prepare soluble sugar; centrifuging a culture medium containing the soluble sugar and collecting a liquid; and sterilizing the liquid. Lactic acid is manufactured by culturing lactic acid-producing microorganisms in the medium.
