PURPOSE: A production method of composition is provided to offer excellent fine hair removal strength of poultry, and to prevent skin damage after removing fine hair. CONSTITUTION: 30-70 wt% of tackifier, 15-40 wt% of wax, 14-30 wt% of ester gum, and 1-10 wt% of thickener are mixed. The mixture is inserted into a dissolving tank, and dissolved at 100-170°C while stirring the mixture in a speed of 50-80 rpm/min for 60-120 minutes. The dissolved mixture is inserted into a molding container, and cooled with air or cooling water for molding. The molded feather removing composition is packed. The tackifier is selected from aliphatic hydrocarbon resin, alicyclic hydrocarbon resin, a terpene resin, or rosin. The wax is formed of 40-60 wt% of paraffin wax, 20-40 wt% of polypropylene wax, and 20-40 wt% of polyethylene wax. The thickener contains is formed of 30-50 wt% of polybutene, 20-25 wt% of butyl hydroxy toluene, 15-25 wt% of guar gum, and 15-25 wt% of dammar gum. |
