The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical composite sheet enabling light to be appropriately propagated. An optical composite sheet (1) is characterized in comprising a first optical layer (10), a second optical layer (20), and a low-refractive-index layer (30) layered between the first optical layer (10) and the second optical layer (20), the low-refractive-index layer (30) including a plurality of hollow particles (50) and having a lower refractive index than that of the first optical layer (10) and the second optical layer (20). Because the low-refractive-index layer (30) includes a plurality of the hollow particles (50), the refractive index as a whole can be lowered due to the space within the hollow particles (50). Accordingly, light propagating through the first optical layer (10) can be reflected at the interface between the first optical layer (10) and the low-refractive-index layer (30), and the incidence of light impinging on the low-refractive-index layer (30) can be reduced. Therefore, according to this optical composite sheet, light can be appropriately propagated. |
