Namely, An operating field securing device which secures an operating field when an internal organ is subjected to a predetermined procedure, the operating field securing device including a contact portion which comes in contact with the internal organ, and a manipulator holding portion which fixes the relative positions of the internal organ and a manipulator portion to subject the internal organ to the predetermined procedure, thereby holding the manipulator portion.
