PURPOSE: An arcade game score management system and a method thereof are provided to check scores and profit states of a game machine without the intervention of a manager. CONSTITUTION: A user tag (13) stores member information of an arcade game machine user. An arcade game machine (11) authenticates a user by reading the member information and tag information in the user tag, provides an arcade game to the user, and generates game machine information including score information by executing the game. A score management server (30) is connected with the arcade game machine through a network and stores and manages information about the machine and information read from the machine through a tag reader.
