<p>PURPOSE: A light source device and a projector are provided to form the light source device capable of aligning light collecting balances when the light collecting balances are collapsed by a change in the number of lightened light emitting diodes caused by a change in a service environment or a change in specifications. CONSTITUTION: A light source device includes a holder, an adjusting unit, and a reflective mirror (75). The holder includes element receiving units receiving a plurality of light emitting diodes respectively. The adjusting unit moves the center of an optical axis of lights emitted by the light emitting diodes to be parallel when some of the element receiving units emits no lights. The reflective mirror reflects the light emitted by the light emitting diodes. The adjusting unit moves the center of the optical axis of the lights emitted by the light emitting diodes to be parallel by moving the reflective mirror to be parallel.</p> |
