PURPOSE:To attain an inexpensive processing system for countermeasure of instant service interruption in sequence control which is not affected by the sequence control system, by recognizing the buffer signal copied from a process signal as a facilities equipment state signal and carrying out the sequence processing control. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 101 reads a sequence instruction out of a fixed cycle sequence programs part 102 and then the the after-working process signal input value 108 and delivers them to a facilities equipment 105 through a process signal output part 103. The state signal of the equipment 105 is fetched by a process signal input part 104 and stored temporarily as the pre-working process signal input value 106. Then the facilities power supply state signal is extracted out of the value 106 and a converting indication for input value of process signal is sent to an instant service interruption processing part 107 through a facilities power supply instant service interruption deciding part 109. The part 107 processes the value 106 according to the converting indication and then transfers it to the value 108.
