A refrigerator lighting cover and a lighting device are provided to prevent the light of the light source from being directly delivered to users by opaquely forming a part of the lighting cover. The refrigerator lighting cover is installed in a storage room(51) of a refrigerator and shields the light source for lighting the refrigerator to prevent the light of the light source from being directly delivered to the outside through the front side of the storage room. A part of the refrigerator lighting cover is formed opaquely. |
