ALUMINIUM BUMPER ASSEMBLY WITH TOWING

PURPOSE: An aluminium bumper assembly in which the towing is integrally formed is provided to reduce the number of components because the towing is integrally formed in a stay so that a separate towing is not required and to reduce the number of processes to fix the towing to a bumper assembly. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium bumper assembly in which the towing is integrally formed comprises a bumper beam (110) and a stay (150). A cylindrical towing unit is integrally formed inside a stay. The towing unit comprises a cylindrical towing tube and a connecting rib (160). The towing tube is extended inside a penetrating space in a longitudinal direction of the stay and is formed in order that a connecting channel is formed to be penetrated in a longitudinal direction in the center. The connecting rib is formed between the inner surface of the penetrating space and the outer surface of the towing tube.
