TRANSMITTED LIGHT DETECTION TYPE MEASUREMENT APPARATUS FOR SKIN AUTOFLUORESCENCE

PURPOSE: A skin fluorescence measurement apparatus of a transmitted light detection type is provided to simply amend errors due to the scattering and absorbing of light, thereby correctly diagnosing diseases. CONSTITUTION: A first light source (111) irradiates excitation light. A second light source (112) irradiates light having a wavelength which is different from that of the first light source. First and second optical detectors (121,122) detect two different wavelengths from a fluorescence signal and a transmitted light signal. A light source switching controller (134) controls the first and second light sources so that the first and second light sources can be turned on or off. An operation unit (210) produces a skin fluorescence signal corrected from the fluorescence signal and the transmitted light signal.
