MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HIGH QUALITY COPPER OXIDE AND MATERIAL FOR COPPER PLATING FROM WASTE COPPER LIQUID

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a copper oxide is provided to massively manufacture the less impurity content with high solubility copper plated material and a high definition copper oxide in low cost through a simple process using a waste copper solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a copper oxide comprises the following steps: (S110) sodium carbonate is dissolved in water and increases water to 60-100 degree Celsius; (S120) the aqueous sodium carbonate maintains 60-100 degree Celsius and produces a reactant containing copper combined material by adding the waste copper solution; (S130) the reactant is filtered and the filtered material produced then the filtered material is washed with water; (S140) the water with chemical is raised to 60-100 degree Celsius and the filtered material is added to convert the not reacted copper combined material from the step (S120) to the copper oxide; (S150) the filtered material is produced by filtering the copper oxide, and the filtered material is rinsed with no chorine containing purified water; and (S160) the filtered material of the step (S150) is dried in 100-300 degree Celsius to obtain the copper plating material and a high definition copper oxide.
