PURPOSE: A double type apparatus for inputting and outputting a printed circuit board for a plasma surface processing unit and a method thereof are provided to improve processing efficiency by simultaneously outputting the printed circuit board and inputting a new printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit is fixed in a housing and is driven by the control of a control unit. A moving unit (130) is movably formed on a plasma surface processing unit. A rotating unit (170) is rotationally formed on the plasma surface processing unit and an outputting unit. A clamping device clamps the printed circuit board whose surface is processed.
