PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder which can enhance a production efficiency of elements without edges contacting with each other, even if it operates continuously, being possible of manufacturing elements, without trouble in cutting, even in case that a band-shaped material is relatively slippery and is flexible.SOLUTION: A winder for a band-shaped material includes a winding shaft which forms an element by winding a band-shaped material, first edge and second edge which nip and shear off the band-shaped material in a thickness direction of the band-shaped material upstream the band-shaped material more than the winding shaft, a connecting member which has elasticity and supports the first edge, and a drive which drives at least either the first edge or the second edge in the thickness direction of the band-shaped material. The edge out of the first edge and the second edge is equipped with a guide which has an inclined surface on its tip side, and the inclined surface inclines relative to the edge face, and is formed in a position where the inclined surface contacts with the other edge before the first edge and the second edge nip the band-shaped member. |
