PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound presentation device that is not apt to trouble a driver.SOLUTION: An sound presentation device 1 includes in-cabin sound acquisition means 213 of acquiring a sound in a cabin, ambient presentation sound generation means 100 of generating an ambient presentation sound fulfilling a condition A and a condition B based upon the sound in the cabin, and ambient presentation sound output means 401, 402 of outputting the ambient presentation sound. (Condition A) the sound pressure level of the ambient presentation sound is higher than the sound pressure level of the sound in the cabin in a part of a frequency band, and equal to or lower than the sound pressure level of the sound in the cabin in the other frequency band.
