PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct downlink radio communication quality information fed back from a terminal, incompatible with a time-division-multiplexing interference control technique, to a base station.SOLUTION: A radio communication quality information processing device includes: an error rate calculation unit for calculating an error rate of data transmitted from the base station to the terminal (incompatible terminal) which is incompatible with the time-division-multiplexing interference control technique; and an SINR correction unit 14 for correcting the radio communication quality information fed back from the incompatible terminal to the base station so as to have better radio communication quality, when the error rate is less than a predetermined error rate, and so as to have worse radio communication quality, when the error rate is equal to or more than the predetermined error rate. |
