A vacuum pump having cylinder(10), piston(30), air cylinder(40), vacuum pipe(50), baffle plate(60), guide rod(70), drain box(80) and supporter(90) is disclosed. The cylinder(10) has suction hole and discharge hole(11a,12a) for high viscous fluid(100) can come in and out. The piston(30) is a discharging means to discharge the fluid(100) out of the cylinder by going up and down in the cylinder(10). The air cylinder(40) which installed upper portion of the cylinder(10) is a source of operation which operates piston up and down. The vacuum pipe(50) is a suction means which communicates to the cylinder(10) inside and makes inside of the cylinder(10) vacuous with connecting to the vacuum line outside. Therefore it intakes outside fluid(100) to the cylinder inside. The baffle plate(60) is attached to the bottom surface of the piston(30) and isolates suction hole(11a) from vacuum pipe, so as to the intaking fluid(100) not to be intaked to the vacuum pipe. The guide rod(70) is installed in upper piston(11) and opposite to the vacuum pipe and guide the up and down movement of the piston(30). The drain box(80) stores drain(101) dregs of fluid which leak from upper end portion of the piston, and has hole(80a) for air supply to the cylinder during the piston moves downward. The supporter(90) supports the cylinder(10) rotatably. Thereby, it is possible to transfer viscous fluid automatically regardless of the position or place of the fluid, and it is simple to dessemble or assemble the pump therefore it is easy to maintain.
