PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance in which materials having different linear expansion coefficients are laminated in layers and which is capable of easily correcting change in an oscillation period of the balance by change in the moment of inertia corresponding to temperature change, a watch movement, and a watch.SOLUTION: In a balance 1 having a balance wheel 6 which rotates around a balance staff 8 as an axis, the balance wheel 6 is equipped with a first balance wheel member 12 and second balance wheel members 14. The first balance wheel member 12 has a first linear expansion coefficient, and the second balance wheel members 14 have a second linear expansion coefficient. The second balance wheel members 14 are laminated on both sides in the axis direction of the first balance wheel member 12, and the first linear expansion coefficient and the second linear expansion coefficient have different values. |
