PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more preferable communication control method etc. in a radio communication system capable of using a plurality of radio communication methods.SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes at least one base station device for providing services conforming to a plurality of radio communication methods and a terminal device connected to the base station device. The terminal device includes means for notifying the base station device of terminal information indicating whether or not communication is possible by simultaneously using the plurality of radio communication methods. The base station device includes means for determining, based on the terminal information reported from the terminal device, a radio resource to be allocated to the terminal device among radio resources usable in each of the plurality of radio communication methods.
