PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, an encryption communication program, and an encryption communication method, which reduce possibility of interrupting an encryption communication of a real time packet and disconnecting the encryption communication when a processing load of a relay device is increased.SOLUTION: The communication device performing the encryption communication with the communication device of a communication partner vis the relay device receives a first switching instruction and construction information for constructing a VPN with the communication device of the communication partner from the relay device, and performs the encryption communication via the VPN constructed between the communication device of the communication partner after completion of the encryption communication of the real time packet is determined. |
