PURPOSE: A method for coating safety shoes with anti-acidic and anti-chemical materials is provided to improve the efficiency of work by a worker wearing the safety shoes. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating safety shoes with anti-acidic and anti-chemical materials comprises a primer process, a sanding process, a drying process, a sealing process, a spray process, and a drying process. In the primer process, an adhesive solution is applied to leather uppers and an outsole. In the sanding process, the surfaces of the leather uppers and the outsole are rubbed by sandpaper to improve friction. In the sealing process, the joint (4) of the leather uppers and the outsole and a sewing line (3) are reinforced with a sealing material to improve anti-acidic and anti-chemical properties. In the spray process, a solvent, a fluorine resin, and polyurethane are mixed at a ratio of 70:15:15 and the mixture is sprayed. |
