PURPOSE: A rotary die casing device for a rotator and a die-casting method thereof are provided to suppressing the formation of pores on the inside and the surface of a structure manufactured by die-casting while filling molten material in a die-casting block. CONSTITUTION: A rotary die casing device for a rotator includes a die-casting block (30), a molten material inserting block (50), and a rotating unit (90). An insertion hole in which a rotator steel core with a plurality of slots is inserted is formed on the die-casting block. A space unit is formed on the rotator steel core to be corresponded to the structure. The molten material inserting block is joined to one side of the die-casting block so that molten materials are injected into the space unit and the insertion hole. The rotating unit rotates the die-casting block in an axial direction of the rotary steel core when the molten materials are injected into the die-casting block. |
