PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle controller that suppresses an excessive inertia torque from acting on an output shaft, in a vehicle including a power transmission mechanism for inputting power output from a driving source to transmit to driving wheels from the output shaft.SOLUTION: In a vehicle that includes a driving source (such as a motor) mounted in the vehicle and a power transmission mechanism at least comprising an input shaft connected to the driving source and an output shaft connected to the input shaft via a gear, and transmits the power output from the driving source to driving wheels through the power transmission mechanism to run, at least the wheel speed of the driving wheels is detected (S12), it is determined whether or not the driving wheels skid on the basis of the detected wheel speed (S14), an allowable upper limit of the wheel speed of the driving wheels is calculated when it is determined that the driving wheels skid (S16), and the power (driving power) output from the driving source is controlled so that the wheel speed of the driving wheels is equal to or less than the allowable upper limit of the wheel speed (S18). |
