PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the size of a data buffer is increased and the change of a rotation speed cannot be coped with, while origin detection signals and displacement signals of a shaft outputted by an encoder are fetched in a fixed cycle during a period of two or more rotations of the shaft in order to detect the deviation of the shaft, it is assumed that the rotation speed of the shaft is fixed, and the rotation angle of the shaft and the displacement signals are associated and stored.SOLUTION: Output pulse signals of an encoder are counted by a counter, a count value and displacement data are fetched every time the pulse signal is inputted, and the data are associated and stored in a data buffer. The size of the data buffer can be reduced, and even when the rotation speed of the shaft is changed, the displacement data can be stored accurately. |
