<p>The invention relates to an automatic dosing system for ophthalmic liquids driven by an electric micromotor, ensuring the delivery of very small volume drops, which are controllable with a high precision. According to the invention, the system comprises a driving part consisting of an electric micromotor () with rotation transducer (), a speed reduction unit (), a belt gearing () and a nut screw-mechanism, with a nut in a pulley () and a screw () which moves only axially, its rotation motion being blocked, and the part accommodating the liquid volume consisting of a piston () which takes over the displacements of the screw (), a syringe body () and a hypodermic needle (), and the control of the dosed volume drop is carried out by counting the pulses of the rotation transducer (), the control of the filling and emptying of the system at the total volume of the number of dosis being ensured by a microswitch () and an inductive transducer (), respectively.</p> |
