PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make proper detection by distinguishing the coupling or decoupling of a feed connector from the presence or absence of disconnection of a signal line which is put in a connection state by coupling the feed connector.SOLUTION: An ECU 61 determines that a CONNECT signal line LA, which is put in a connection state by coupling a power supply port 11a and a feed connector 12a, is disconnected when a voltage of a VINV signal corresponding to an inverter voltage VI detected by an inverter voltage sensor 84 is within a predetermined voltage range and it is detected by a voltage of a CONNECT signal that the power supply port 11a and feed connector 12a are not coupled with each other. |
