PURPOSE: A cooling device of an interior material manufacturing mold for vehicles is provided to substantially improve the strength of a finished product by more efficiently cooling a cavity of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A coolant supply path(59) is prepared in a cover(57). An end of a plurality of coolant pipes(61) is connected with the coolant supply path. The other end of the coolant pipes faces a cavity(51). A nozzle(65) is integrally combined with the end of the coolant pipes. The nozzle sprays coolant(63) to the cavity.
