PURPOSE: A cutting tool is provided to prevent a body from being relatively rotated around a sack holder when cutting a workpiece as a joining unit of the body is press-fixed to a joining groove of the sack holder by a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool includes a joining unit (13) which is formed on the rear end portion of a body (10) to be integrated and tapered. A first bolt hole (15) is formed on the joining unit to be perpendicular to an axial direction (X). A joining groove (21) is formed on the front end portion of a sack holder (20), and a second bolt hole (23) is formed on the joining groove to be perpendicular to the axial direction so that the joining unit of the body is fitted into the joining groove of the sack holder. The joining unit of the body is fixated to the joining groove of the sack holder by a bolt (30) fitted into the first and second bolt holes. |
