PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head chip, a liquid injection head, and a liquid injection recording device capable of reducing influence to image quality due to a difference in volume during liquid injection which is caused by a pressure loss in a flow process of a liquid in a liquid flow path.SOLUTION: First and second flow paths 21a and 21b are provided that extend in a longitudinal direction of a head chip to communicate with a region separated toward the upstream from a nozzle hole in a plurality of liquid injection channels. The first and second flow paths 21a and 21b allow a liquid for the plurality of liquid injection channels to flow and further form flows of the liquid symmetrical to each other in a longitudinal direction of the head chip.
