PURPOSE: A moving module and an exterior wall climbing robot using the same are provided to replace or repair only relative module when malfunctioning by being installed in an exterior wall climbing robot while being divided into basic modules. CONSTITUTION: A moving module comprises a driving unit, sliding wheels, a power transmission unit, and a separating unit. A pair of sliding wheels is closely adhered to a guide surface of a guide rail, thereby being moved along the guide surface. The power transmission unit transmits torque from the driving unit to the sliding wheels so that each sliding wheel is moved along the guide surface. The separating unit respectively separates sliding wheels from each other toward each guide surface to be closely adhered to the guide surface by using torque from the driving unit. |
