PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and a control method of a battery pack.SOLUTION: In a battery pack for starting an engine having an Idle Stop & Go (ISG) system in which an engine is iteratively stopped and restarted for fuel saving, the battery pack includes a chargeable and rechargeable battery cell, a first ISG current adjustment unit including a variable resistance electrically connected to the battery cell, and a Battery Management System (BMS) that electrically is connected to the battery cell and the first ISG current adjustment unit and sets a resistance value of the variable resistance depending on a current mode of the ISG system. |
