PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power receiving device, a non-contact power sending device and a non-contact power sending/receiving system which are configured to avoid a charging stop and an efficiency drop due to the presence of an obstacle, such as a small animal.SOLUTION: The non-contact power receiving device includes: a power receiving unit 110 for receiving power from a power sending device in a non-contact manner; a cooling device 114 that generates a cooling air for cooling the power receiving unit 110; and an alarm generation device 116A for generating an alarm upon passage of the cooling air. Preferably, the alarm generation device 116A is disposed at a middle part or an outer peripheral edge part of a surface of the non-contact power receiving device opposed to the power sending device. Preferably, the alarm generation device 116 is a horn. More preferably, the horn generates sound that is difficult for humans to hear and falls within an audible frequency range for animals other than humans.
