PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition obtained by formulating a water-soluble polymer, an aqueous emulsion and an isocyanate compound, and having excellent viscosity stability, adhesive strength, water-resistant adhesiveness and operability.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition obtained by formulating a modified vinyl alcohol-based polymer having an acrylamide unit represented by formula (1), an aqueous emulsion and a polyisocyanate compound.
