PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately evaluate the occurrence reference date of a unique event.SOLUTION: The evaluation device includes: a comparison part for, as one or more reference dates having a predetermined relation with an object date, comparing the transaction tabulation quantity of the reference date with the transaction tabulation quantity of one or more attribute common dates whose attributes are common to the attribute of the reference date; and an evaluation part for evaluating whether or not the object date is the occurrence reference date of a unique event relating to the transaction on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison part. |
