摘要 A mine dump truck comprises a cab 1, an engine 2 and an articulated chassis comprising a front frame 3 and a rear frame 4 made of welded structures using longitudinal beams and tied by cross members. The cab 1 with a steering wheel, the engine 2 with a hydro mechanical gear 5 and a front driving axle 6 are mounted on the front frame 3, wherein a rear driving axle 7 and a load platform 11 and a dump body are mounted on the rear frame 4. The frames 3, 4 are pivotally connected by upper and low flanges with spherical hinges 8, 9. The dump body 11 is a box-type welded structure of a variable section with a bottom 23 having the maximum depth between hinges 8, 9 of the frames 3, 4 and the rear driving axle 7 and stepped rising above the front frame 3 on one side and above the rear driving axle 7 to a free edge of the rear frame on the other side and also two hydro cylinders 16, 17 of the truck turn hinge connected by sleeves on the rear frame 4 and connected by rods with the front frame 3 and two hydro cylinders 24, 25 of the body lifting 11 hinge connected by sleeves on the frame 4 and hinge connected by rods with the body 11. The frame 4 is provided with at least two shock absorbers 26 for the body 11 and an inclined lifting limiter 27. The hydro cylinders lifting hinges are arranged under the body 11 further from the front frame 3 and at a greater distance from each other than the hinges of hydro cylinders 16, 17 mounting. The body has a screen 30 in which the bottom 23 stepped rising ahead of the upper hinge 8 and the body 11 protrudes over the edge of the rear frame 4. The shock absorbers 26 are rubber pads arranged by two pads on the horizontal and inclined portions of the rear frame 4. The hydro cylinders 24, 25 of the body lifting 11 are positioned on the right and on the left inclined to the horizontal beams of the frame 4, thus providing maximum load capacity within permissible dimensions, widened turn angles ranges of the front frame relative to the rear frame, and angles of rout lifting, a permissible tilt angle of a truck at movement and stop is increased, life service, reliability and stability of a truck are also increased, improved facilities of managing and accurate maneuvering in limited conditions in both loading/unloading operations, time saving, layouts and distribution of operation loads are optimized, efficiency and operation safety are raised.
