PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever structure capable of making operational force in the shift direction to be similar to that of a manual transmission by using a simple structure.SOLUTION: A shift lever structure includes: a lever position detection unit 13 for detecting shift information selected by a driver; and a first shift-select direction operational force generation unit for generating at least any one of the operational forces in the shift direction and the select direction between a first section which is moved as a shift lever 3 is moved and a second section which is fixed. On one of the first section and the second section of the first shift-select direction operational force generation unit, a first press contact unit for making a first ball part which is rotatably formed abut on the other thereof by the spring force is formed, wherein a first curved surface part for changing the operational force is formed on the other thereof where the first press contact unit of the first and second sections of the first shift-select direction operational force generation unit is not formed. |
