PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus capable of three-dimensional imaging to compute a T1 value as a time constant for the recovery of longitudinal magnetization.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus (10) collects echo data from a subject and reconstructs a three-dimensional image. The MRI apparatus includes: a first sequence (S01 and S02) for acquiring first image data of the subject in a steady state in which a constant longitudinal magnetization signal intensity is generated; a second sequence (S03 and S04) for acquiring second image data of the subject with a plurality of high-frequency excitation pulses following one high-frequency inversion pulse; and a T1 computing part (173) for computing the T1 value based on difference (S05) between the first image data and the second image data. |
