PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respirator which includes: a mask body which covers a part or the whole of the face; a fan unit housing an electric fan for feeding air to the mask body, a pressure sensor for sensing the mask body internal pressure, and a controller for controlling the operation of the electric fan conforming to the sensing signal of the pressure sensor; and an air feeding hose which connects the mask body with the fan unit, wherein variations in the mask body internal pressure can be acutely transmitted to the pressure sensor housing space of the fan unit.SOLUTION: A respirator includes: a mask body which covers a part or the whole of the face; a fan unit which houses an electric fan for feeding air to the mask body, a pressure sensor for sensing the mask body internal pressure, and a controller which controls the operation of the electric fan conforming to the sensing signal of the pressure sensor; and an air feeding hose which connects the mask body with the fan unit. The respirator also includes a pipe which extends from the pressure sensor housing space of the fan unit to the vicinity of the connected section with the fan unit of the air feeding hose. |
