PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming apparatus capable of selecting whether or not recovered toner is used according to the use condition of color printing.SOLUTION: A color image forming apparatus includes: a recovered toner storing container 201 for temporarily storing recovered toner recovered by toner recovery screws 7K, 7M, 7Y, 7C; an image forming portion for recycling using the recovered toner recovered and stored inside the recovered toner storage container 201 in place of an image forming portion; a toner return screw 205 for conveying toner recovered inside the recovered toner storage container 201 to a developing device 3R of the image forming portion for recycling; and a display device for selecting, for operation, whether to use a recycling mode in which an image output using the toner recovered in the recovered toner storage container 201 is performed by the image forming portion for recycling. |
