PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examinee guide system and a medical examinee guide server for supporting medical examinee guide of an escort by presenting a congestion degree of each inspection room.SOLUTION: A medical examinee guide system 10 is the medical examinee guide system for supporting guide of a medical examinee in a facility 20 having inspection rooms 21 corresponding to a plurality of kinds of inspections, and includes a medical examinee information acquisition part, a congestion degree classification part, and a congestion degree image generation part. The medical examinee information acquisition part acquires information on an accepted medical examinee and information on a medical examinee for whom the inspection is ended from an inspection room terminal 22 or 23 provided in the plurality of inspection rooms 21. The congestion degree classification part obtains the number of waiting people which is the number of medical examinees who are accepted but for whom the inspection is not executed yet for each inspection room 21, on the basis of the acquired information, and classifies the congestion degrees of the respective inspection rooms 21 according to the numbers of waiting people in the respective inspection rooms 21. The congestion degree image generation part generates a congestion degree image for which a congestion state image in a different display form for each classification of the congestion degree is superimposed on the images of the respective inspection rooms 21 in a facility guidance image. |
