PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sealing device with high reliability of operation, and easy maintenance while having a very simple configuration.SOLUTION: An automatic sealing device has a peeling part 3 peeling off and removing a release tape adhered to an envelope; a sealing part 4 folding a flap of the envelope removed of the release tape in the peeling part 3 to a body side and carrying out sealing; and a conveyance part 2 sequentially conveying the envelope from a set position on a conveyance stage to the peeling part 3 and the sealing part 4 in an attitude wherein a longitudinal direction of the flap matches a conveyance direction. The peeling part 3 has a plurality of pinch rollers 3a energized to press an envelope being conveyed downward; and an air nozzle 3b blowing off and removing the release tape from the envelope by jetting of high pressure air. |
