摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anomaly detection device for magnetic field measurement devices, which makes computations to detect anomalies on the basis of sums of outputs from a plurality of magnetoelectric transducers.SOLUTION: A first Hall element HX1 detects a magnetic field normal to a substrate plane. A second Hall element HX2 detects a magnetic field which is 180 degrees out of phase with a HX1 output and a magnetic field normal to the substrate plane. An X axis addition/subtraction unit 21X computes addition and subtraction of detection signals of the Hall elements HX1 and HX2. An arithmetic unit 22 includes a threshold value storage unit 25 for storing predefined threshold values to detect anomalies on the basis of the output of the first Hall element HX1 and the output of the second Hall element HX2, and a failure detection unit 24 which detects anomalies on the basis of a sum of the output of the first Hall element HX1 and the output of the second Hall element HX2, and the predefined threshold values.
