PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network by which a band can be utilized effectively, and a speed of fault recovery can be increased, and a data transfer path can be optimized, and addition and removal of a terminal without disconnecting network connection becomes possible, and that has high reliability and high efficiency, and that is easy in operation maintenance.SOLUTION: A VLAN ID is allocated to each edge bridge E1-E4 connected to terminals T1-T6 to construct a plurality of spanning trees using each edge bridge as a route bridge. Each edge bridge E1-E4, when receiving data from a port connected to the terminals T1-T6, adds the VLAN ID allocated to itself to the data, and transmits the data to a designation port. Each edge bridge E1-E4 transfers the data received from the port to a port connected to the terminals T1-T4. Each Core bridge C1-C3 transfers the data received from the route port to the designation port corresponding to the VLAN ID added to the data. |
