摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of hematite ferric oxide having various nanostructures is provided to synthesize the ferric oxide using caffeine under various solutions through a one step synthesizing process without using a template and a growth induction agent. CONSTITUTION: A production method of hematite ferric oxide comprises the following steps: producing an akaganeite nanorod by adding hydrochloric acid to a ferric chloride solution; and conducting the hydrothermal synthesis at 200-300°C for 1-3 hours using the akaganeite nanorod as a precursor. The length of the hematite ferric oxide in a nanorod structure is adjusted by adjusting the concentration of the hydrochloric acid. The concentration of the hydrochloric acid is 0.0005-0.2 M. The hematite ferric oxide has peroxidase activity. The hematite ferric oxide has a pore with the diameter of 1-20 nm.
