<p>The wheel has a tie bar (2) provided with a brake assembly, where a brake cylinder (3) is arranged at the tie bar. A brake bar, brake linings (4) and a counter weight (8) are pressed on the brake cylinder by centrifugal force to brake a movement of the tie bar. An adjustable spring (7) is attached at the brake bar and exhibits a tensile force that is greater than centrifugal force in normal wind conditions and smaller than the centrifugal force in intense wind conditions, where the centrifugal force outwardly pushes the counter weight.</p> |
