PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device that can miniaturize a light guide optical system of blue light for blue image projection, and to provide a projector device including the light source device.SOLUTION: A wheel 34 is provided with a prism 342 formed at a peripheral part of its main body 341. The prism 342 has a rectangular equilateral triangle-shaped cross section including a G segment and a B segment. The G segment is formed such that when the G segment is positioned on an optical axis of a blue light source 31 by a rotation of a motor 343, a phosphor surface 342b becomes orthogonal to the optical axis of the blue light source 31. The B segment is formed so as for a transmission diffusion surface 342c to be positioned on a reflection optical axis of a reflection surface formed on the main body 341 such that when the B segment is positioned on the optical axis of the blue light source 31 by the rotation of the motor 343, a glass surface 342a becomes orthogonal to the optical axis of the blue light source 31. |
