PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commingled yarn that simultaneously has antithetic properties such as dry feeling in addition to water-absorbing properties and water retentivity, and has excellent handleability when being used for a fabric.SOLUTION: The commingled yarn is formed by arranging a filament group A with a single fiber diameter of 900 nm or less at a core side, and a filament group B with a single fiber diameter of 2.0 μm or more at a sheath side. An abundance ratio of the filament group A in the core side is 70% or more, and a surface exposure ratio of the filament group A in the commingled yarn is 40% or less. The filament group A is a filament group that is constituted by an island component obtained by treating a sea component polymer in a sea-island type composite fiber with a resolvent. |
