PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system which controls an electric coolant pump operation in consideration of economy or output performance with respect to vehicle traveling.SOLUTION: A vehicle control system 10 includes a rotating electrical machine 20 mounted in a hybrid vehicle, a cooling structure 12 including an electric oil pump 44, and a control device 80.
