PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a material with which a transparent conductive film excellent in conductivity, light permeability, environmental resistance, process resistance, adhesion and hardness can be obtained through a single coating process; a transparent conductive film produced using the material; and a device element.SOLUTION: A coating film forming composition is prepared, and a transparent conductive film is obtained from the coating film, the coating film forming composition including: at least one selected from the group consisting of metal nanowires and metal nanotubes, as a first component; a polymer compound having a hydroxyl group, as a second component; a compound having a group 13 element or a transition metal element, as a third component; and further a solvent. |
