PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and a portable electronic appliance for performing processing more efficiently.SOLUTION: An IC card in one embodiment is provided with: reception means for receiving a command transmitted by external equipment; command processing means for performing processing on the basis of the command received by the reception part; transmission means for transmitting a response to the external equipment in accordance with a result of processing by the command processing means; first storage means equipped with a plurality of files that have data areas for storing two-faced real data; second storage means equipped with a two-faced management table showing an effective surface of the data area every file; and third storage means for storing a flag showing an effective surface of the management table. |
