PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately extract or rank properties on the basis of a distance from peripheral facilities.SOLUTION: Facilities T1 to T3 located within a predetermined distance from a property S among facilities T1 to T4 located in the periphery of the property S are defined as the candidates of evaluation reference facilities. Also, a user designates the categories of the facilities to be considered as the evaluation reference facilities. For example, when the designated categories are C2 and C3, the facilities T2 and T3 are selected as the evaluation reference facilities. The property information processing system derives an exponent showing the height of the evaluation of the property on the basis of a distance between each of the facilities T2 and T3 selected as the evaluation reference facilities and the property S. Furthermore, the property information processing system calculates the average value of the exponent relating to the facility T2 and the exponent relating to the facility T3 to calculate an overall exponent. The property information processing system extracts partial properties from among a plurality of evaluation object properties, or ranks the plurality of evaluation object properties on the basis of the calculated overall exponent. |
